My take on Galaxy Nails.

So this look is pretty much every where.  It really isn’t my usual style, but I thought it looked fun to do. Plus, it was a great use for my China Glaze Smoke and Ashes from the Hunger Games Capital Colors Collection.

I planned to only do two nails, but Smoke and Ashes was so pretty that I couldn’t stop.  This picture does not do it justice.  It is a very deep deep blue with tons of depth.  So pretty.

I stamped on some silver with a make-up sponge.

THen added some yellow and some coral.

Then I went over the top with Smoke and Ashes again.  Don’t worry about the mess.  Easy to clean up afterwards.

I then added in some white dots  with a dotting tool.  I really should have used a smaller one, or a tooth pick.  Then I went over the whole design with a clearish sparkle polish. Its actually really pretty, but I can’t resist the bright colors for spring! So I don’t think this manicure will be sticking aorund too long.

They turned out really good! I love galaxy nails but I haven’t tried them yet.

I will definitely give them another shot! But I am in way too springy of a mood to have such dark nails right now!
