Gradient Polka Dots
I started this look with a base coat of O.P.I My Boyfriend Scales Walls. I used three shades on each nail. I was playing around with different colors on each nail. I love the purple and green nails the best!

I use a dotting tool set. I got mine very inexpensively on amazon.com
