Teal Tips

I mentioned before that I only recently started embracing the trend of colored French tips. I love the look of a classic French manicure. But, this is a fun way to incorporate summer brights without feeling overwhelmed by them.

These are the colors I used.
China Glaze Fast Track
Color Club Twiggie
Color Club top coat. This came with some sets I bought and I really like it!

Thank you! Fast track is a super pretty polish! A nice alternative to a plain nude.

What is your fav nude polish? I have been trying to find a good one but haven’t had much luck at Walmart and Walgreens.

I’m actually still on the hunt for a really good one. Oddly enough, the one I’ve been using lately is nude it! By Essence. Which is a dollar in the states I think.

I absolutely love Twiggy! I’ve seen it on a few blogs and I really need to find me a UK dupe!

how do you get your tips so straight?

    • normandlou / Nov 6 2012 11:18 pm

Just patience and a steady hand. I used no special tools for this Mani. Just the brush straight out of the bottle. Some people use reinforcements to get the perfect arch.
